looking to hire (QA & Support)

> Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues.

• Log, prioritize and manage several issues at once.

• Track issues and respond in good and reasonable timing.

• Communicate with internal HW/SW teams either via phone or email to Diagnose and fix the issues.

• Prepare RCA and CRF for the found/Resolved issues and any needed documents.

> Required Skills:

• BSC. (engineering, Information Technology, computer science, or relevant field)

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

• Good knowledge of SQL, windows, and networks to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written, verbal, and clearly communicate complex stories.

• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task and progress multiple tasks in parallel.

• Experience with continuous integration and automated testing tools (i.e. Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter… etc.) is a plus
