Title:

Excellence and Process Management Engineer

The Business Process Excellence Engineer/Operations Specialist/Industrial Operations Engineer is responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to carry out business process re-engineering. He/She is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing proposals and recommendations.

Responsibilities

– Adapt the latest technology to support team operations improvement activities.

– Align resource management (manpower and asset) strategy with business strategy across different business activities.

– Analyse risks associated with different approaches to process changes.

– Analyse the costs and benefits of the current business processes within warehouse operations.

– Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

– 0 to 2 years experience in warehouse quality management systems ( ISO 9001 – ISO 45000 – ISO 22000 )

– Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.
