SINIORA Food Industries P.L.C. is seeking to fill the position:

ERP & Application Support Technician.

Job Summary:

·        Support and administer ERP system and other related applications.

·        Support And administer Van sales systems and mobile applications.

·        Querying in MS SQL Server database.

·        Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports, Web Applications.

·        Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable.

·        Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.

·        Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.

·        Supporting and training users for ERP system and other applications.

·        Developing, managing, and testing backup and recovery plans.

Location:

Sahab

Education:

B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems or System Engineering or any related field.

Experience:

·        2-3 years of experience in the following:

·        ERP & VSS Support.

·        Microsoft SQL Server Management.

·        Web Applications.

·        Crystal Reports.

Competencies:

·        General IT Technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support).

·        Solid Knowledge of MS SQL server management administration, preferably an MCSA.

·        good Knowledge of Java programing language (SE + EE).

·        Solid Knowledge of ERP systems.

·        Knowledge of virtualized application server environments.

·        Organizational and time management skills.

·        Teamwork.

·        Ability to work independently.

·        Understanding of Windows networking concepts.

·        Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

·        Ability to write standard documentation.

·        Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
