Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced operation manager strong background in operations management, with expertise in Batch plant (ready-mixed concrete plant). This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe management of mixtures within our facility.
Qualifications: –
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, chemical or civil engineering, operations management) preferred.
– Proven record of accomplishment in operations management, with a minimum of 5-7years of relevant experience.
– Expertise in Batch plant (ready-mixed concrete plant) and familiarity with safety regulations.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and communication abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
-Preferred to be in Alkarak residence.
