We are looking for someone with 2–5 years of experience
to be the front line technical resource for Microsoft customers and partners,
providing assistance via phone, email, or web.
The ideal candidate should possess a Technical Degree or
relevant practical background with expertise in various technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Operating System, performance tuning, high availability and DR solutions, security features, and table partitioning. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
