We are looking for a
Electromechanical Technician
to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1.• Diploma in
mechatronics engineering
or equivalent
2.• Good knowledge in the electrical control and protective systems fundamentals and methods of maintenance and troubleshooting of the electrical panels.
3.• Good in dealing with SCADA systems and HMI.
4.• Good knowledge and experience in maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
5.• Good in reading electrical & mechanical drawings.
6.• Good in using measurement devices (Multimeter, Megger, flowmeter, pressure, …)
7.• Good in PLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
8.• Good command in both English & Arabic languages (Writing, reading & conversation).8.• Good command in both English & Arabic languages (Writing, reading & conversation).
9.• Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
10.• Training courses in direct function scope is a plus.
Job Purpose: Operate and apply the preventive and corrective maintenance for the systems and utilities that mentioned in the job function to maintain them in safe perfect condition & ensure their smooth operations.
Principal Accountabilities:
·• Operate the systems under (Function scope: Terminal Department direct activity scope) as needed under the maintenance manual terminal department scope.
·• Implementation of the Maintenance Program, including preventive, corrective maintenance, regular inspections, new installations and other related tasks in coordination with all AIG processes and according to all relevant procedures and regulations.
·• Report any findings regarding degradation in the efficiency of any system or utility and findings regarding other parties’ irregularities.
·• Participate in training AIG related staff on the systems through sharing the knowledge and experience·• Participate in training AIG related staff on the systems through sharing the knowledge and experience
·• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
·• Report needed materials for maintenance.
·• Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.
·• Execute all environmental, occupational health and safety standards and approved procedures.
·• Execute departmental logistics issues as per instructions including machineries and vehicles drive to accomplish work tasks.
·• Execute any other tasks related to work nature assigned by management.
