Production supervisor) to work in a company specialized in the manufacture of copper in Abu dahbi – UAE Job description :

1. Supervising operations within a facility to achieve production targets.

2. Generate and submit reports on daily production performance, inventory, and work progress

3. Set daily/weekly objectives and communicate them to employees

4. Organize workflow by assigning production tasks to team members taking account of production needs and individual capabilities.

د5. Check production output according to specifications

6. Be able to learn and understand company’s ERP system (SAP) to manage daily tasks and data entries.

7. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

8. Oversee and coach employees

9. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

10. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

11. Organizing training and educational manuals (SOPs) for the production team

12. Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

13. Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency

14. Ensures all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is completed accurately

15. Troubleshoots issues with equipment or machinery

16. Conduct reviews of the production processes to try to identify areas for improvements

17. Ensures production team has access to all relevant raw materials and equipment

– ensure the smooth running of production by working with other departments like QC and Logistics. 18. Ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum. Requirements: ·

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

· 4 to 5 years of experience in a same filed.

· ERP experience is preferred.
